 INFM headquarters are located in Genova, where the management, scientific and administrative coordination functions are based, while its research activities are carried out at research structures (Laboratories and R&D Centres) administratively decentralized, in different seats in Italy. Prof. Elisa Molinari is presently Director of INFM. A collective coordination of the activities is ensured by the INFM structures’ Director (of R&D Centres and Laboratories). Moreover, dedicated Working Groups have been set up to deal with specific topics and actions:
