More than 800 people (employees and associated scientists) and 250 young fellows and doctoral students are involved in INFM activities

Almost 80% of the 420 INFM employees are researchers, technologists and technicians while the remaining 20% is administrative staff distributed in the Genova headquarters and decentralized structures. The figures below show the distribution of permanent and tenure-track personnel (TI, TT), and fixed-term (TD, CFL) staff (2005 data).

Over 400 researchers and scientists (mainly from universities) are associated to INFM and fully integrated in its research programmes and structures.
